I'm Alicia, and my sauna story began in the most unglamorous of ways — postpartum, exhausted, and desperately searching for something to help my body heal. The sauna was it, and it's been part of how I care for myself ever since.

With a background in set design for the fashion industry I've always led with creativity and a deep belief that the spaces we inhabit shape how we feel — and The Sauna House is the fullest expression of that.

Having recently made Kent home after years of loving this corner of England, I wanted to create something rooted in this landscape; a place for people who take their wellbeing seriously but want it to feel beautiful, not clinical.
